Course Guide Gail Harker Creative Studies Center offers unique art and design courses from our facility on beautiful Whidbey Island in Washington State. Our offerings change frequently, and include classes in: textile art, art & design, color studies, dyeing of fabrics and threads, machine stitching (machine embroidery), hand stitching (hand embroidery), feltmaking, painting fabrics, papermaking, sketchbook studies, collage, and multimedia art & design.
