The Gail Harker Creative Studies Center offers experimental and certificate courses for artists at every level. Our overriding aim is to provide an environment in which to learn and appreciate textile and multimedia art. Staffed by a faculty of international repute, we deliver the highest level of educational experience to our students.

Our course schedule is rich and varied, and includes classes in: textile art, art & design, color studies, dyeing of fabrics and threads, machine stitching (machine embroidery), hand stitching (hand embroidery), feltmaking, painting fabrics, papermaking, sketchbook studies, collage, and multimedia art & design.

Our center is located in Oak Harbor, Washington. Oak Harbor is situated on the northern end of beautiful Whidbey Island, lying equidistant from Seattle, Washington and Vancouver, British Columbia.
