Getting to La Conner

La Conner is located 10 miles west of  Mt. Vernon and Burlington, along the I-5 corridor, equidistant from Seattle, WA and Vancouver, B.C. If you fly into Seattle or Vancouver, you may rent a car in advance. It is a straightforward drive to La Conner.

Shuttle Service

If you are flying in and need to get from Sea-Tac Airport to La Conner there is a shuttle service. The drop-off and pick-up point (Farmhouse  Inn) is five miles North of La Conner proper, check with the accommodations you select to see if it is possible to be picked up at the drop-off point (some Hotels and B&Bs are happy to do this). If this service is not available, please check with  us at the center.

Getting around La Conner

Normally, there are enough students with cars to share rides to and from hotels to the studio, and around La Conner.  

Dining in and around La Conner

The studio has a small refrigerator and microwave available for those who would like to bring in lunches, etc. If you prefer to dine out, there are a number of eateries in La Conner near the studio.
